About the CEO and Organizer of INTER TOURISM EXPO ACCRA

EMMANUEL TREKU

Emmanuel Treku presents himself as an experienced and proactive professional with twenty-four years of service in various segments of the hospitality, leisure, and tourism industry. His career has led him to collaborate with private tourism associations as well as the Ghana Tourism Federation, participating in both local and international initiatives.

As the CEO and organizer of the Inter Tourism Expo Accra, an annual MICE event focused on inbound tourism and held in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, he demonstrates a strong commitment to the sector’s development.

His expertise revolves around responsible consulting, covering strategy, development, environmental management, research, business planning, marketing, and communications. He has led, independently or in collaboration, several consulting missions related to tourism development and marketing, particularly in destination marketing, public relations planning, and digital media buying. His diverse experience also includes managing professional associations, tour operators, accommodations, and entrepreneurs.

About the CEO & Founder of NEW GENERATION & DNF

DIEUDONNÉ NAHIMANA

Dieudonné Nahimana, a Burundian man of God, serves in an apostolic ministry and officiates as the Bishop of the Oasis Christian Center church community.

His influence extends beyond the religious sphere, as he is also a speaker, conference host, and motivational coach, both nationally and internationally.

With over two decades of experience, he has shared his expertise in leadership development with a diverse audience, including students, professionals, business leaders, and executives, through conferences, crusades, training sessions, and media appearances.

Committed to social development, he is the founding president of New Generation Burundi, a Christian NGO dedicated to transforming marginalized youth into servant leaders grounded in Christian values.

His dedication to young people is also reflected in the creation of DNF, short for the Dieudonné Nahimana Foundation. Additionally, he hosts the Imboneza Talk Show, a platform where influential figures share their experiences and insights.

In 2020, he ran as an independent candidate in the Burundian presidential elections. He is married to KANYENYERI Maryam and is the father of four children.
